Skill Division & Roster
- Mixed Gender Leagues: Teams must always play with a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field
- Recreational and Intermediate division available
- Register solo, with friends, or as a full team.
- All players should be ready for fun, fair play, and a social league atmosphere.
Rules & Equipment
- Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing and proper running shoes or cleats, depending on the league format.
- Shin guards are strongly recommended for league play.
- QSSC staff take care of the league structure, schedules, and setup.
