Skill Division & Roster
- All leagues are mixed gender and teams can play with a maximum of 2 people of any gender on the court. The goaltender position is gender neutral
- Individual registrants will be placed on teams by QSSC.
- Register solo, with friends, or as a full team.
- All players should be ready for fun, fair play, and a social league atmosphere.
Rules & Equipment
- Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean indoor running shoes.
- Players are encouraged to bring their own stick when needed.
- QSSC staff take care of the league structure, schedules, and setup.
